About the event
We will explore the FOUR PILLARS in detail in these sessions.

Resilience: Transitioning and moving through the current pandemic and coming out the other side along with some Mindful Movement practices.
We are now in the stage of transitioning through and out of the pandemic. We will look at your Mindset and explore strategies that will assist in dealing with stress, anxiety and overwhelm and learn how creating a resilient and positive mindset will help you bounce back quicker in times of struggle. We will also talk about how mindful movement is excellent at combatting stress and fatigue.
