About The Event

We will explore the FOUR PILLARS in detail in these sessions. 

All sessions are recorded and emailed to you to watch at your own convenience.

You are able to purchase tickets to all three or single sessions.

Session 1: Released on Tuesday 19th May 

Resilience: Transitioning and moving through the current  pandemic and coming out the other side along with some Mindful Movement practices.

We are now in the stage of transitioning through and out of the pandemic.  We will look at your Mindset and explore strategies that will assist in dealing with stress, anxiety and overwhelm and learn how creating a resilient and positive mindset will help you bounce back quicker in times of struggle.  We will also talk about how mindful movement is excellent at combatting stress and fatigue.


Session 2: Released on Tuesday 26th May

Excellent Sleep Practices – Create your best sleep hygiene

You will learn why sleep is secret key to reducing stress and overwhelm, improving your memory, focus and concentration, and the reason why SLEEP is the Swiss Army knife of good Health and Wellbeing.

Session 3: Released on Tuesday 2nd June 

Cleanse, detox, declutter your life – Creating optimal health


This session will incorporate a wide range of topics around your Emotional, Mental, Physical, Social and Spiritual Wellbeing These areas are essential to address when adjusting to changes in our life and improving our overall health.  You will learn many handy tips to make your life easier and more productive. The session will include nutrition and supplements that will assist in cleansing and building immunity during this time, decluttering our mind and also our home and work space as well as EMF's and also our 'Not Negotiables'.


Every participant has the opportunity to email Jo any questions from the sessions and Jo will answer these questions.
